Older But Stronger!   [Free Download on this Page!]

Sorry folks!  But the way to stay younger as you get older is to limit sensation and still desire.  Although it does not have to be puritanical.  In fact it enhances the senses.  Heshang Gong said as much in his commentary to the Tao-te Ching (Ch.1).  For a downloadable copy see Tao Booklets:
Ever without desire, we gaze at the mysteries;
Heshang Gong comments:  The mysteries stand at the very heart of the Way. Someone ever without desire can view himself at the very heart of the Way.
The limiting of sensation is the foundation of Heshang Gong's teaching.  He lived around the 2nd Century and his commentary is a most valued work.  I have my translation out now in the Treasuries of the Tao. (See the Tao Booklets link on left).  This work is seminal to Taoist Yoga.
